ManagementDarrell Musick - CEO and President, was appointed to these dual roles in August 2001. Previously Darrell served as Vice-President of Sales & Marketing for Innergy Power. He joined the Company in 1996 after having spent a number of years in various management capacities including Vice-President of Sales for the U.S. and later Vice-President of Global Sales & Marketing for Energizer Power Systems, a division of the Energizer Battery Company. Darrell has led Innergy Power’s business to include expanded battery sales to such leading companies as IBM, Sun and HP plus, he directed efforts in 2005 to acquire a solar module manufacturing business. Today, as a result of those efforts, Innergy Power is enjoying new growth in the rapidly expanding market of renewable energy. Darrell is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a BA degree in Business. Jerry Cooper - Vice President Operations joined Innergy Power in 2002. During his tenure, Jerry has led the effort that resulted in marked improvement in plant operations by virtually eliminating scrap and product warranty returns. Jerry manages a plant team that is extremely versatile in new product development and bringing those products to market. In addition, he has directed efforts to bring new contract manufacturing customers to Innergy Power. Prior to joining Innergy Power Jerry held several vertically integrated positions of leadership with Exide/GNB Technologies for almost 20 years. Assignments included Director, Operations for automotive battery manufacturing, plastic injection molding, and lead recycling. Jerry also has served as the Director, Employee Relations for GNB Technologies and has worked extensively with leading organized labor organizations. Jerry received both his BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Central Arkansas. Ed Andrysiak – Controller joined Innergy Power in February 2008. Ed is a CPA and has previously held both Director of Finance and Controller Positions with Mid to Large size manufacturing based organizations. In addition, he successfully served on long-term foreign assignments in Europe and Mexico where foreign subsidiaries had integrity and performance issues. Ed brings strong manufacturing based costing and accounting, financial control, Finance and business management skills to Innergy Power. Ed received his BBA degree from Western Michigan University.
