Mr. Sandler joined Innergy Power in 2002 as Western Regional Sales Manager, having worked previously at Saft Batteries. In his new assignment, Mr. Sandler will be working with accounts in N. America to develop solar/battery back-up power solutions to meet a wide range of needs that have been magnified by the power issues that faced not only rescue and recovery personnel following Hurricane Katrina, but power issues that face every individual that is faced with a loss of grid power. Innergy Power has developed a number of solar/battery back-up power solutions that can provide continuous power for laptop PCs, cell phones, PDAs, lighting products, etc. Additional work is focused on much larger, portable deployable solar/battery charging stations that can quickly put into field use, especially in those situations where the grid is down and fuel is not readily available for gas-powered generators.
