Emergency shelter manufacturer wanted to offer its customers a portable solar/battery auxiliary power solution to target the emergency preparedness/recovery market.  They wanted a system that was easy to deploy and had the capability of powering a wide range of devices such as PCs, cell phones, emergency lights, etc.
